Green smoothies don’t have to taste green! This smoothie is a great way to get lots of nutrition in one delicious smoothie. It is so good, you could drink it every day, and you should!
I really like this smoothie after a difficult workout, but you could also have it as a light breakfast or snack.
You can use any green powder you prefer, or you can simply add a couple handfuls of spinach and kale. I really like this green powder because it doesn’t taste too green and has loads of goodness packed in!
Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 mango
- 1 banana, preferably frozen
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 cups coconut water, orange juice, or water
- 1 TBSP (or 1 serving) green powder of choice
- ice (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
