Baked vegan donuts are ready in less than 30 minutes, so you can have warm chocolatey goodness in no time. All you need for to make this recipe is a donut pan and a mixing bowl. I like to use silicone donut pans, because they never stick to anything. But a metal donut pan will make the edges of the donuts a bit crisper and firm since you need to oil the pan.

How To Make Baked Vegan Donuts
Making baked vegan donuts is easy!
- First, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl.
- Then, add the milk, vanilla, and coconut oil to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour into a donut pan, filling 3/4 the way full. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- While the donuts bake, mix together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and coconut oil to make the chocolate glaze.
- Once the donuts are cooked and cooled enough, drizzle with chocotae and let cool for a few minutes to harden the glaze. And you’re done!

For the Donuts
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 TBSP cocoa powder
- 3 TBSP non-dairy milk
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in the non-dairy milk, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter in to a silicone donut pan or a grease metal donut pan. Fill each donut mold 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for a couple minutes and transfer to a cooling rack.
While the donuts bake, prepare the glaze by combining all the chocoalte glaze ingredients in a bowl and whisking until smooth.
When the donuts have cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze onto the donuts and enjoy! As the donuts cool, the glaze will harden slightly and then melt in your mouth when you start eating!
These vegan donuts will last in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
